EXCHANGES &  RETURNS

Please read the return policy below before sending the item back to us.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

  • If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may send it back to us for an exchange or store credit only we unfortunately do not offer refunds unless the item is damaged.  Please send an email to info@madkollection.com with your order number, full name and reason for returns before returning the item.  Customer Must Contact Us within a week of receiveding the order and return the item within 14 days of receiving the order.
  •  Customers are fully responsible for postage cost when returning the item, when we have received the item, we can then exchange the item or send you a store credit (this will not include previous shipping cost). We will only refund shipping cost if there is an error/damage with the item.
  •  Any item returned to us must be unworn and have the original tags on, unwashed, unaltered, and free of fragrance and/or stains.
  •  Exchanges for a similar item or store credit will be proceed within a week of receiving the returned item.
  •  Exchanges or store credit will be processed only after we have received and inspected the items (Please send us an email to info@madkollection.com before returning any item back to us) If it is in its original unworn condition.

 

REFUNDS, we will process a store credit which will be in the form of a code via email to you. We can only refund the cost of the item if there is an error with the order or Damage to the item. This can take up to 5 working days to clear and we do not have any control over this.

  •  We reserve the rights to withhold refund or exchanges if the returned item is not in their original condition or if the items has been worn or damaged.
  •  We do not provide pre-paid return label, the customer will cover the cost of returning an item, we will also not be responsible for an items that is lost in transit so its advisable to send it with a tracked service, we can assist in covering the cost of posting the exchange item back to yourself.

SALE/CLEARANCE ITEMS

Items bought on sale or clearance can only be returned for a store credit or exchange as all sales are final.

 

CUSTOM ORDERS

All Items ordered as a custom order cannot be exchanged or refunded. However, we can amend items to suit you (if required)

 

MADE TO ORDER

Some of our items are Made to order and some are ready to ship, this will be indicated in the item description, please take not of this. For items that are made to order, we can only accept exchange for a similar item or a store credit.

 

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If for any reason the item received is damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us on info@madkollection.com before you return the item and we will try our best to assist you.

 

UNDELIVERED SHIPMENT/RETURN TO SENDER

An order may be undelivered if the carrier is unable to deliver your item or the address is invalid. Buyers will be responsible for reshipping the items back to them and the previous shipping cost.

Love the dress

I love the dress, ordered a small cuz i think it has a big fitting. Normally i wear a size M. It fits perfectly well though its a bit long on me, i am 5ft 2, only disappointed that it was not delivered with the belt as shown on the photo. but it wasnt delivered with the belt as shown on the model. Hence i will give it 4stars

Comfortable and effortless

This was one of the first two dresses that I ordered from this site and I just love how comfortable and easy it is to wear. The green is beautiful and vibrant. The cuffs on the sleeves fit well over my forearms so I can pull the sleeves up for a lighter-weather look. I live in the US and am 5"3', weight about 143lbs, and measure as a 34D around the chest and I fit comfortably in the medium that I ordered with plenty of breathing room. The waist is fairly stretchy and the sash lets you define your own waistline, plus the chest has plenty of space to accommodate a variety of sizes. If you're going for a slimmer fit, I would guess that there is plenty of room to size down - which is what I'll probably do on the next dress I order for a slightly different look.
